Christina and Brian. Thanks for responding so quick! Christina, can you be more specific with regards to the barriers you see to podcasting in blogs? Have you run into problems implementing them?
I think one of the challenges we are presented with lies in explaining what podcasting is and how it differs from video sharing efforts like YouTube etc.
Brian you zeroed in on two uses of the technology that present a great deal of opportunity. Community Podcasts are tremendous ways to provide relevant content in a blog. We have also found that the search engine optimization that it provides is nothing short of amazing. Client testimonials are also a great way to provide up-to-date information and set yourself apart from competitors. There is an agent in Nashville doing some pretty cool stuff, he is actually interviewing residents about what they like in their communities. A third party endorsement like that really adds value to the message.
