Global Exposure. Local Results.

I've been a big supporter of the Carnival of Real Estate since it's inception over 2 years ago. If you're not familiar with the concept of a Blog Carnival, check out this link. I've followed the CoRE as a means of being exposed to the best real estate blogging content on the web. It's a huge time saver for me because I can almost always count on that week's host to cull the best of the best from the submissions made.

It's sort of a grass roots effort that changes from host to host, usually with a theme associated with it based on the time of year or the locale of the host. The CoRE also has a great audio podcast. (iTunes Link) It consists of interviews with the weekly CoRE host talking about their selection process and other timely issues in the RE.net.

I encourage all AR bloggers to subscribe to the CoRE blog and Podcast and take an active role in participating. Submit your best post every week and let the CoRE administrators know about your ideas for making it an even greater resource.
